Kaileigh Bates Montes began her journey in dance classes at the age of two, starting with Ballet. Her passion for dance quickly expanded as she explored other styles, including Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Lyrical, Modern, Musical Theatre, and Tap. This love for dance naturally led her to embrace other artistic forms, particularly theatre. Through her theatre training, Kaileigh deepened her knowledge of dance, enriching both her own training and that of her future students. With a lifelong passion for dance, she always aspired to share this love as an instructor. Kaileigh is fortunate to teach at the Florida Arts & Dance Company, where her training began, and she also has extensive experience working outside of the studio through outreach programs. One of her favorite activities is going into local schools to conduct dance therapy sessions with Special Education classes. Additionally, she takes pride in having danced with the esteemed local professional company, Wings To Fly, for many years!

Meredith Flores White hails from Southern California and attended the San Diego School of Creative & Performing Arts Academy from the age of 9 until her high school graduation in 2001. At SD-SCPA, arts and academics shared center stage, providing her with a decade of extensive training in dance, drama, music, and theater. She was cast in several musicals including "Annie," "The Wiz," "Once On This Island," and "Sweet Charity." At nine, Meredith auditioned for San Diego City Moves, where she spent years performing and collaborating with citywide dance theater artists, showcasing original plays in schools and productions. As a teenager representing City Moves and the USA, Meredith participated in the Dance & Child International Conference in Sydney, Australia. She then went on to study at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in World Arts & Cultures: Dance Concentration, focusing on Dance Performance, Choreography, and Theories, alongside a Minor in Education. Following her graduation, Meredith traveled to the Philippines, where she taught dance classes to professional dancers and appeared on television as a member of “G-Force,” a professional dance company recognized in the commercial entertainment industry for its dynamic choreography, blending jazz, hip-hop, and jazz funk. Back in Los Angeles, she taught dance in numerous schools and studios and was signed with several Dance and Performance Arts Agencies, booking roles in television, commercials, stage productions, and tours. Her extensive experience includes performing with various dance companies in genres such as Modern, Contemporary Ballet, Lyrical, Hip-Hop, and Jazz. As the Founder and Artistic Director of XPOSE Dance Theater Company, Meredith led the group to make guest appearances in venues nationwide, including performances for the Troops in Qatar and various military bases in Afghanistan. Through her company, she produced multiple dance concerts and theater productions like “Unions & Reunions” and “Love Songs and A Song of Despair: A Dance Anthology,” inspired by Pablo Neruda. XPOSE Dance Theater Company was a Los Angeles-based interdisciplinary performing arts company dedicated to utilizing dance and theater for artistic expression. Its repertoire featured innovative choreography that blended contemporary jazz with elements of funk, lyrical, modern, and hip-hop, representing a fusion where entertainment met artistry. This vision aligns with the ethos of dance companies like Florida Arts & Dance Company, where the intersection of performance and technique enhances the overall dance experience.
